Hey, thank you for this amazing piece of software. You rock! Recently,
I noticed the mangadex.org downloads seem to halt halfway through downloading. Say I selected 10 chapters of a manga, at around 3rd or 4th chapter, downloads would halt.
I know it’s a long shot but is there any way you might consider creating “convert to mobi” option for Kindles?

By halts, do you mean it just stops downloading, without an error message or anything? If you open the log viewer with “Tools > Log Viewer” and wait for the problem to occur, what’s the last thing you see? If you send me an example URL, too, I’ll check it out. So far I’m not able to reproduce it, so it’s possible it’s caused by some specific combination of settings. If you want, you can send me your “config.ini” file and I’ll load it up on my end and see if I can reproduce the problem.
As for mobi conversion: I’ll look into it! I’m not terribly familiar with the format but I imagine it would be similar to EPUB.

It seems to be working from my end with the latest release (v2021.1.20.0). Make sure you’re using the latest update and have the Official Lua Repository enabled (which it is by default).
If you continue to have problems, generate a log file and send it to me, and I’ll check it out!

I am having a trouble in downloading from mangaGo… it says DDOS blocking… I tried looking for other sites but all of the manga, webtoon and manhwa that I would like to download is currently only updated in Mangago…..could you help me pls….

Cloudflare has been making a lot of updates to their browser verification challenge, and I’m currently working on a long-term solution. In the meantime, you can use the workaround described here. However, it won’t make a huge difference in this case, as the support module for Mangago is currently outdated. They make a lot of changes and are an annoying site to keep up with. But you know, I hear you: If it’s the only source for some things, it definitely needs to be fixed. I’ll see what I can do.
Hey, me again lol. So now I’m 100% sure something is wrong with Readmng, and it’s not the bookmarks. It’s the newest chapters uploaded as of Thursday, April 2nd, 2020. I can download all chapters BEFORE today, but chapters uploaded TODAY come out as 0/0 on the progress bar when batch downloading — basically no download. Also, if I try to do SINGLE download on the new chapters, it comes out as an ERROR on the status.
Weird issue that only affects new chapters but not old ones (uploaded before today).
You weren’t wrong! You’re actually spot-on. I uploaded a fix for this last Saturday, so it should be working fine at this point. But if you’re continuing to have any trouble, let me know!

It’s related to Cloudflare’s new browser verification challenge, which has received a big update. I’ve got a (temporary) workaround ready for the next update, which will be available by this weekend at the latest!
