Thanks for the request. I’ve started adding support for this site, but I need to make a little update to the Lua API to get it working fully. You can expect it to be working with the next program update!

Is it possible that the site is blocked by your ISP? If you normally need to use a proxy or VPN to access the site through your web browser, you’ll need to do the same with HDoujin Downloader.

If that’s not it, generate a log file and send it to me, and I’ll do what I can to help you out!

Hey, the web layout changed and all downloads now fail because it can’t grab pages. A fix would be great, thanks.

Did you just recently start having problems? The site doesn’t appear to be any different, and is still working on my end as of the latest release (2021.2.11.0).

Please generate some logs for one of the affected galleries, and I’ll check it out!

Hi, I’ve just remembered this awesome downloader, and tried to dl a comic from tapas before it’s rehauled.
However I’m getting a few errors:
    – either a problem with the tapas login that doesn’t let me add the url,
    – or when I add the series’ url – it says “unable to grab chapters (error occurred)”,
    – or if I add a single chapter it says complete but actually nothing was done and it’s 0B.
Any chance of fixing it? Are there settings I can change to deal with this?
    Thanks in advance.

Still can’t donwload from my reading manga even after installing the plugin, could it be because my pc is 32x stead of 64x?

That’s probably it, yes. There is only a 64-bit build available for FlareSolverr at the moment, unfortunately. However, not all hope is lost– You are still able to use the workaround described here.

Thank you for providing the example URLs, and I’m sorry to have kept you waiting! I’ve just now uploaded a module update, so it should be fixed the next time you sync your modules (which occurs automatically at each restart).

If you run into any other trouble, let me know!

can confirm, from HentaiNexus download status is Complete (some failed) but theres some PNG and WEBP files of the same pages on the downloaded folders (regardless of the image conversion settings)

Try temporarily disabling the “Verify file size after download” setting under “Settings > Downloads General”. I’ll include a fix in the next update, but that should solve it for the time being.

Thank you! After experimenting a bit, I think the problem is having “Verify file size after download” enabled under “Settings > Downloads General”. I’ll get that fixed for the next update, but in the meantime, try disabling that setting. It solved the problem during my tests.

hi, I send you email a week ago.
Did you receive it? since I don’t get any response. just curious

    1. DoujinDownloader Post author

No, actually– I don’t see any emails from your email address, either in my inbox or spam box. Please do try sending it again! I have no idea why it didn’t go through, because it doesn’t look like anything was flagged as spam recently.

-I’ve been getting “Error (Thread Crashed)” for most of my downloads from
-When trying to download from, the download says completed but no pages are downloaded.

    1. akuma

Ok, for it seems that changing the filenames somehow makes it work. Not sure why…

    2. DoujinDownloader Post author

As you noticed, that can happen sometimes if the download path is too long. The program takes some steps to cut down the path as much as possible without making it too ambiguous, but every once in a while it ends up stumped. If you want, you can generate a log file and send it to me and I’ll check it out and see what can be improved (you really shouldn’t have to change it for every download).

As for, I just uploaded a module update! It should be working the next time you sync your modules (which occurs automatically at each restart).
