Thanks for letting me know. For what it’s worth, as the developer, I can assure you that the program is clean.

I’ll send a false-positive report their way, and hopefully they deal with it soon.

Wow, that’s a lot of example URLs! You’re very thorough– Thanks, it’s always helpful.

I just uploaded a module update, so they should all be working now. There was one that didn’t have any chapters (Gokushufudou), which as far as I can tell doesn’t have any available through the website. I’m not sure if there’s anything special that has to be done to make them appear (or if they just don’t exist), but let me know if you know something.

Thank you for fixing the module so it works with the new URLs.

An unfortunate thing I noticed is that any MangaDex titles that were queued before the implementation of the new API can’t get any new updates from the site.

For example: This was the URL for Volundio: Surreal Sword Saga when I added the title to the Downloader before the crash and new API: https://mangadex.org/title/36648/helck-2-vlundio-surreal-sword-saga

        And here’s the title’s new URL: https://mangadex.org/title/4fd4f8c0-fab8-4ee5-ab9e-5907720afed9

I was able to edit the queue.manga file and manually change all the MangaDex URLs from the old format to the new one and be able to start downloading/checking chapters again. But while I was able to use this work around, it might be an issue many people will start having as the site becomes more functional.

Try updating to the latest pre-release (extract it over your HDoujin Downloader folder, but make a backup first!).

The issue stems from the fact .NET Framework’s HTTP implementation doesn’t understand the 308 status code, which MangaDex uses for the redirect. I’ve implemented a workaround, but it’s only in the pre-release builds at the moment.

It looks like it’s Cloudflare blocking requests that don’t originate from an actual web browser. Fortunately, there is a solution:

Download the latest pre-release here, and extract it over your current HDoujin Downloader folder (make a backup copy first).
Download the FlareSolverr plugin as described here.

After that, the site should work fine again!

Hi, can you add support for nonstopscans.com, astrallibrary.net, merakiscans.com, and whitecloudpavilion.com? Thank you!

NonStopScans, and MerakiScans have now been added, and should be working the next time you sync your modules. I’ll add the last one shortly!

As for AstralLibrary, it’s already supported, but you need to use the latest pre-release with the FlareSolverr plugin to get around the Cloudflare protection on the images.

Let me know if you have any problems!

Yes! I just uploaded a new module update, so it should be working the next time you sync your modules (which occurs automatically when you restart the program).

Let me know if you run into any issues! I’m admittedly pretty tired today, but wanted to squeeze this one out.

Glad to hear it, and good call. It seems .NET doesn’t like the 308 status code that they use for the redirect, but I implemented a workaround in 2021.6.11.0-rc.6. Just extract the archive over your current HDoujin Downloader folder to update manually (make a backup first), and it should be good.

Thanks for including the log output. I updated the module earlier today, so it should be working now. Let me know if you continue to have any problems!

This site is actually already supported– Are you having problems with it?

It’s hard to say what might be taking it a while to start up. It should only start checking for new chapters once the main window is displayed, so that’s probably not it. If you generate a log file and send it to me, I’ll check it out. You can find instructions here. After enabling logging, restart the program and it will generate a log file containing the startup process.

Which websites are affected by this? It would be difficult if not impossible to tell if Malwarebytes is flagging a particular website because I don’t think they offer any API for that, but maybe something could be done. Let me know which site(s) cause this problem and I’ll check it out.

So mangadex.org finally has their front end open in a sort of beta (lot of missing features, but you can read chapters and log in to your account.

So compatibility with their api v5 is probably going to be needed sooner rather than later.

seems like hdoujin doesnt accept any urls when rightclick”copy link” in browser, you have to manually add every address.and e-hentai,luscious not working

If you want copied URLs to be added to the download queue, make sure you enable the Clipboard Monitor feature from the toolbar, or by selecting “Manga > Enable clipboard monitor” from the menu at the top of the program window.

E-Hentai galleries appear to be working fine from my end with the latest release. Note that if you normally need a proxy or VPN to access the site through your web browser, you’ll need to make sure that it’s configured to work with HDoujin Downloader as well. If you’re unsure, generate a log file for one of the affected URLs and send it to me, and I’ll check it out.

As for Luscious, you’re right, I need to update the support module for that site. It’s on my radar!
