    Hello!

After use the program for a few weeks I have to say that I love how it works, so I decided to buy the 1-year license yesterday the problem is that I’m having a lot of troubles trying to download from Mangafox and Mangahere (I have no tried other sites). After download is complete I almost always get a message saying that maybe some pages failed.

Thx for the help and great amazing program!

Mangafox is being a bit finicky at the moment, and I’m chalking it up to their recent domain change (this happened last time they changed domains, as well). Image access is controlled by an access key generated by the server. For whatever reason, it seems to generate an invalid access key every once in a while. Try looking up the pages corresponding to the failed pages in your web browser, and chances are they won’t load. If you wait a little while and reset the downloads, it’ll fill in the missing pages. Unfortunately, this is an issue on their end I can’t do a whole lot to fix.

Mangahere has almost the same problem, but it’s much easier to work around. I’ve noticed that it randomly throws 502 and 503 errors, but in this case it’s possible to fix by having HDoujin Downloader try to make the request again. This fix will be included in the next update!

      Happy new year! ♥

This problem is site-specific, so I’ll need to know what site you’re trying to download from in order to address it. There are some ongoing issues; you might want to check out the Bug Reports forum to see if anyone else has reported the same problem already.

          Aww, you’re too kind. ♥

Check out my reply to another guy over here. The failed images probably won’t load in the browser, either, if you look up the corresponding ones. This indicates an issue on mangafox’s end. They had the same problem after a previous domain change, so it should hopefully be sorted out soon. Some people have pointed out that they moved to .fun, but I don’t know if that site is run by the same people (I doubt it).

Hmm… not sure if this will be a dopple post, since I already posted it but can’t see it, so once more 🙂

My mangago downloads aren’t possible anymore. It says that it’s “Blocked by Cloudflare DDoS protection page”. Any idea?

Check out this help page: What do I do if I’m blocked by Cloudflare?
If you keep having Cloudflare-related problems, enable log files and send me a few of the Cloudflare-related ones and I’ll check it out.

As for Mangago in general, it’s got a few problems at the moment, but it should be working for the next update. Check out the discussion in the support forum for details (here).

Hi there, marumaru.in has not been working since yesterday. The status is “Completed (Some Failed)” & a large portion of the chapter is not downloaded.

I noticed this too; it might be related to the problem discussed here. There is a solution mentioned there, but it may no longer be working.

I’ll look into it for the next update and see what I can do.

In regards to *booru support, please see this FAQ page. As for web-comics, I generally assign them lower priority than more traditional manga sites– That said, I’ll add them to my to-do list. Web-comics do get added fairly regularly, just less frequently.

Happy New Year’s, by the way! ♥

We have patched something on Marumaru.in site.
When you start the download, it looks like a normal download, but in reality the image is immediately deleted and the final capacity and number of images are zero.
Other downloader programs show the same symptoms.
I do not know the problem due to lack of programming knowledge.
Even if it is annoying, I would appreciate patched if you could check it by yourself.

I used a translator, Sorry for the strange sentence.

No worries, I understand what you’re saying! I noticed this as well, and a few other users have pointed it out. It could be related to the issue mentioned here (there is a workaround, but it might not be working anymore).

I’ll take a more in-depth look at it and hopefully have it working again for the next release.
