I tried to take a look at the website, but it appears to be region locked. I'm assuming it's restricted to Japanese IP addresses. I don't have access to a Japanese IP address at the moment, but you can follow this issue for updates!

FlareSolverr has been iffy for a while now; I'm surprised it was still working for you up until this point. I've stopped including it with newer releases.
