Not opening in one location but cascading windows?

I don't know if this is a feature or bug. But when you open the reader and then later open it again it has moved down a bit like acting like the Windows O/S cascading feature where the reader open a new one down farther then where it opened the first time. So it keeps moving as you close and open it but never remains in one location where it first opened. So opening and closing it makes it act like cascading windows going down the line.
