Run Library Scanner PROBLEMS???

I notice if you delete a manga thread in the Reader listing if you do a "Run Library Scanner" it doesn't update the same manga if you updated with a more recent version. The only way to fix this is the delete the manga list file it created. So when will this bug be fixed so that you can re-Add a manga back should you delete it to re-update it?????
