Add support to click & drag to kuro reader, Change button keymapping.

there's a lot of instances where it's pretty annoying to open & change director just for 1 book, please add support to click & drag. in kuro neko reader
also allow mouse gestures for easy usage, i usually use mouse 1 for next page, mouse 2 for previous page.
