Introducing the new support forum!

As I mentioned last week, I've been thinking about providing public issue and feature tracking.
Since I get a lot of duplicate questions, I've decided that it's a good idea to provide a place where people can easily ask questions and look up answers to other people's questions. Wordpress' comment system is nice, but definitely not good for providing an easily-accessible Q&A database.
It's going to be pretty empty here for a little while, but I encourage everyone to start asking their questions here! If you have a problem, chances are someone else has the same problem, so we can all work together to help everyone out.
