Update to v4? Folder naming issues with Reader?

Update to v4? Folder naming issues with Reader?
I am wondering when might we get a update to v4 that fixes the folder naming aka 1,2,3 doesn't open in reader but if changed to 01,02,03 then reader opens and reads them? This is a headache as I have to go back and make those changes to be able to use the Reader to open the folders.
