Getting metadata from a site hitomi.la does not automatically add "characters". Is it possible to add them automatically?
It is possible to delete icon (♀) from "tags"?

For sure, I'll issue a fix shortly to have it pull the character metadata.

I understand the desire to remove the gender icon from the tags. I'll see about adding an option to have those trimmed off.
