Support for the site specifically refers to content tagged as "doujinshi": https://thehentaiworld.com/tag/doujinshi/ HDoujin Downloader is HDoujin Downloader, after all!
Individual images will also work as well if you just wanted to rip the tags. However, search results will not work, and you'll see an error message (which is what I assume you tried).
