Can you clarify what you mean by "FMD" exactly? Are you trying to transfer title data?
Hdoujin uses SQL for it's database. It can be opened by any SQL browser app. It's still risky messing around with the database, so make sure to backup beforehand.

I want to move the database from "FMD" to "HDoujin Downloader".
But "HDoujin Downloader" does not accept the database from a file in the format "db" it needs the format "ini".
Can I find a way to convert the "ini" format to "db"?

Ah I see. I don't use FMD. Had a quick look at it. Short story it's not possible.
Unfortunately, you'll need to do this by hand and depending on what you want to transfer will determine how long it will take.

I noticed there is a new fork of FMD which is actively in development. Have you tried this new fork? Perhaps they've added in some sort of export options that you could utilize. https://github.com/fmd-project-team/FMD
