Cloudflare cf_clearance cookie isn't appearing anymore

Trying to download from bato.to, the copying of the cloudflare cookies used to work (“cf_clearance“ and “__cfduid“), but "cf_clearance" no longer appears as a cookie anywhere. Not sure if this exactly is the reason why, but any attempts to download from bato.to comes up with a (Page Collection Error).

Any fix/solution to this?
