huge amount of logs/files

While migrating my data to a new PC, I realised that the HDD folder (not the downloaded mangas) has a ton of log files (13gb worth). Is it safe to delete any/all of them? What would I lose if I do?

Yes, you can definitely delete them! The only reason they exist is so you can send them along with bug reports, and it's not necessary to keep them on all the time. You probably enabled them at some point for that purpose and forgot to turn them back off again. Go to "Help > Disable Diagnostics" to prevent them from being generated in the future.
