RAWs site loading issues??

I noticed lately here LoveHug.net and Kissaway.net raw site are having loading issues? Is this some kinda action they are doing to prevent downloaders from downloading? If so even if registered users go there the loading because a problem as even logging in and reading on the site does the same thing? I do have adblockers loaded up as well to stop those ads from showing up and redirects as those are a pain the in ass to stop everytime as well.
