welovemanga.net issues?

Why does this site seem to block downloads when you download?? Does anyone use this site and have the same issue? I know it's not HDD but welovemanga site that is doing this. How I know is you can log into the site and read the manga but as soon as you start to download it kills the connections. I know for fact they are doing this cause this is happening far to often to be a bug or site issue.

I am now putting .5 sec between download and chapters to see what happens.
