Extension to send url from my browser to the program?

Is there an extension to send a url to the HDoujin Downloader program so I dont have to copy paste it?

There isn't, but: Have you already tried the clipboard monitor feature? If you turn it on, all you have to do is copy URLs and they'll be added to the download queue.

You can turn it on by going to Manga > Enable clipboard monitor.
