Issues with downloading from MangaDex

Is there a way to download from mangadex by only getting the english versions? When I download a manga from it, it downloads all the chapters in all the languages uploaded and ruins the order.

Yes, you can do that. Under Tools > Site settings, go to "MangaDex", and you can check off your preferred languages from there.
