How to download a certain number of images?

Is there a method to download only a certain number of images from a gallery? Let's say for example, image 101 to 200
asking for e-hentai/exhentai btw

Yes-- Right-click the related item in the download queue, click "Edit metadata", and then enter the desired page range (e.g. "101-200")!
