Hitomi some failed

I am Korean

Hello admin and developer

I was using the HDoujin downloader as usual today.
But some, but not all, are marked as Some Failed, and when you enter a file, there is nothing inside the file.

I used HDoujin Downloader every day so I could guess when this happened.
The date is from January 21, 2018 until today.

Maybe it's my computer problem.
But only hitomi has confirmed that some failed.

Can you check if it is a program problem or my computer problem?

While I can't reproduce the issue, another Korean user mentioned the same thing too.

If you could, please generate a log file (instructions here), and a CBW file (just select the "CBW" format under conversion settings). I ask for the latter because it'll list the actual image URLs. If you've got a "failed.txt" file for the failed download, that would be equivalent (that can be enabled under "Settings > Save to > Metadata").

Email me those files, or at least two of them, and I'll check it out!

Got it! Did you perhaps manually set the "Korean" image server under "Site-Specific Options"? It turns out some of the galleries you were trying to download didn't have images on the Korean server available. I've made some changes in Release 280 so that it falls back to the default serverwhen this type of failure happens. Let me know if that solves it for you.

I'm using the "site-specific formatting" feature.
I did not modify the "site-specific options" feature myself.
However, when I checked "site-specific options", the image server was set to Korea.
I upgraded to the release version 280
We are downloading the comics that failed to download since January 21, 2018 using the initialization function.

We have confirmed that all 121 failures have been successfully downloaded.

Glad to hear it's working now!

If you haven't already, I recommend setting the image server back to "Auto" (which is the default). Maybe you had changed it inadvertently when changing something else.
