Download file numbering

Hundreds of files are numbering like '00 - '.

I'm sorry, I'm not quite sure what the problem is.
Is it that you would like the chapter numbering to begin at "01" instead of "00"? If so, under "Settings > Save to > Chapters", check off "Start chapter numbering at 1" (by default, it will begin at 0, as you're currently experiencing).

Yes. If you go under "Settings > Save to > Chapters", in the "Naming" box, you'll probably have a string like "%CHAPTER#% - %TITLE%". If you want it to use the titles exactly as they appear on the site, change it so that it's just "%TITLE%".
