As you noticed, FlareSolverr is a bit iffy right now. The FlareSolverr team is working on a fix, but in the meantime, we have to rely on workarounds.
One solution is to use the manual bypass method described here:

Basically, you open the website in your browser and wait for it to load, then copy the Cloudflare clearance cookie into HDoujin Downloader and update your user agent to match your web browser. It's a little bit involved if you don't have experience with this, so let me know if you run into any trouble with it.
I'm also working on another workaround that makes this process a whole lot easier. It will be present in the next program update, which I'll be dropping in a couple of days.
