Mangakalot and its suite of sites changed addresses

It seems something has happened to Mangakalot and all the sites like it. I for one use mostly Mangabat, and its address changed from readmangabat.com to mangabats.com, and I believe there is also manganato.com now too. It seems it also changed to using the series title in the URL instead of an ID.

Any chance we can get the manganelo module updated for these?

I ended up copying the exiting module into my own custom repository and made it for "mangabats.com"
In this process I also found out that mangabat/manganato/mangakakalot/etc have changed the class for the chapter reader from "chapter-reader" to "container-chapter-reader". So if the official module gets updated, it will need any instances of that class updated as well.
