Add an option to automatically create bookmarks based on chapter folders

Sorry for multiple posts all at once, been using the program for years and loving it, but a few little wishes have been building and I thought I'd see how plausible they are. I use comicrack as my frontend, and really like the database and organisation of it. One thing I wish is that the comicinfo.xml produced by HDoujin Downloader could Mark the first item in each folder as a bookmark for ComicRack, making large, sometimes hundreds of chapters long comics much easier to parse. If those same files could be marked as front covers as well, that would be even better, but that part is definitely just a cool cosmetic piece. Thanks for any help.
