Ability to download covers

I currently manually download the cover for a manga after the application has downloaded the series.

It would be nice for the Cover to automatically be downloaded as a file like 000.cbz so manga viewing applications will pick it up automatically.

It would be cool to see this in new versions of the program!
I use a script to automatically download covers from mangadex: https://github.com/gonssalu/mangadex-cover-scraper
