Add an option to fully import settings. And for any differences, indicate warnings and the ability to disable individual options.

Could you clarify what you mean by "fully"? There is the File > Import backup that should include all settings from an exported backup, including the download queue. Did you find that something was missing after doing this?

I like the idea of showing a diff or something, though.
