add a "source" text file for image sites like Pixiv

sorry if this sounds strange but, but certain sites like PIxiv, I'd like to make a text file with the link to the image I'm saving, and was wondering if that would be possible for sites like that

I understand it's not exactly possible for some sites like for Manga, but I was wondering if it was possible in general.

I know I can save the link to the gallery itself, but I would also like to have the URLs to the images individually as well
