RAW Manga folder naming issue?

I've noticed on KL9 Raw sites there is one manga even when downloaded I can't rename the folder name is "1" but it will not let me rename it to "01" so the reader can open and read the manga correctly. Can this be fixed.

How does one go about forcing it to allow renaming of the folder? I tried to remove rename but keeps saying file name is too long?

I did find on another RAW site the same but smaller name.
