title issues with hitomi.la

when i tried to download doujins from hitomi.la today, a lot of them instantly failed with the status "error (thread crashed)".
after a while i figured out that the common factor was a vertical line in the titles that seperates the japanese title from the english translation.

after i manually renamed some of the titles, the program can download them just fine.
this specific usage of that vertical line seems to be somewhat common though, as i had about 40 links with that problem in my list, and renaming every single one of them manually is tedious.

I did a fresh install and the downloads worked and then i put back a backup of my old config file and it broke again. It must be a setting that somehow broke it.

I think i found it, i disabled the option 'Tag Hierachy' (which i use) and the downloads worked again. And when i enabled this option it stopped working.

But get this, even if i removed all tags from the 'Tag Hierachy' window it still would not start the download, only when i completely disabled the option did the downloads work again.

The option is under Settings -> Save to -> Metadata

If someone else could test this then we can confirm the bug

When the Tag Hierarchy is enabled, the "|" does not get replaced with a space character as per my "Find and Replace" Regex or replaced with a "_" as I set in the "Replace in non_ACSII characters with" box.

When the Hierarchy is disabled, it works fine.
