https://manganato.com and https://mangadex.org not working

https://manganato.com suddenly stopped working and mangadex titles not longer uploading into library and old ones aren't downloading.

Try updating to latest pre-release and see if it addresses the issues you're having with MangaDex. There's been ongoing discussion of problems with MangaDex here, and this update is meant to address them.

I didn't run into any problems with Manganato, though-- If the problem is still happening for you, could you send me an example URL to look at?
