The apps that you've developed on the side "Manga Database" and "Kuroneko Reader" don't support gif playback. In fact, it completely crashes both of the apps. Would it be possible to add support? Thanks again.

It's possible, for sure.

While they do support some GIFs, there are others that lead to the problem you're describing. Both programs use System.Drawing for decoding images, which has outdated image support in general. HDoujin Downloader supports a much wider variety of images using ImageMagick, and I need to update Kuroneko Reader and Manga Database to do the same.

I'm focusing my development on HDoujin Downloader itself right now, but this is on my to-do list.

Then for the time being is there an alternative application that is capable of reading the metadata created from HDoujin Downloader that meets this requirement?

LANraragi has plugins for reading several formats from HDoujin Downloader, I believe.

Sadly this program is a server that mimics E-Hentai more than anything. I would need it to be offline just like the programs "Manga Database" and "Kuroneko Reader" you created.

Try Yomikiru maybe.

No tags or gif support. A library of 4000+ cbz causes the app to have a heart attack as well.
