Fixed! It stopped working because they moved to a new domain.

Awesome thanks! Also, I suppose it's due to the move but when checking bookmarks it ended up re-queuing all existing chapters, any easy way to at least select just the latest chapter in bulk?

It sounds like you're experiencing what another user described here. When the site moved, the URLs changed, and were detected as new.

There's no easy way right now to just select the new chapters when this happens (aside from selecting them manually by right-clicking the item in the download queue and selecting "Choose Chapters").

I understand this is annoying to do for each one, though. I'll give this some thought, and probably end up updating the bookmark comparison to ignore the domain name so it doesn't affect bookmarks when it changes.

Sounds good, probably shouldn't happen too often hopefully but I guess it would make sense to preserve the chapter "progress" one way or another.
