loggin problem with exhentai

I'm having a problem with exhentai when adding links to the list, when I try it gives me a login error, I told a friend to try to download and he was able to, although if I add the cookies manually the problem is fixed but when I close the program when I reopen it the problem returns and I have to add the cookies manually again
