Timer (delay) when queueing manga

Hi there,

despite the (very useful) timers already in place when checking and downloading new chapters, there is still a (quite marginal) risk for Mangadex/Cloudflare to issue a ban: there is no timer to delay the connection requests by Hdoujin Downloader when retrieving info and queuing new chapters. That is: right in between checking and downloading (timers) there is queuing (no timer), weak point of the chain.

This only happens if there is a large number of different manga to be queued, since apparently Cloudflare manages connection count on a manga basis, yet it is not impossible. Has happened to me after a few weeks of inactivity: the backlog of manga chapters was so huge that when queuing Y after #A...X it triggered a ban.

Is it possible to fix this? Low priority, of course. Thank you
