Error (Thread Crashed)

Getting a weird error after new update, downloads are successful, but the status ends with Error (Thread crashed)

What site are you downloading from when this happens?

If you go to "Help > Enable Diagnostics", you can make HDoujin Downloader generate error logs. Enable it, reproduce the error, and then look inside the "log" folder that gets created. Email me the relevant log files, and I'll look into it.

It seems to only be happening to my bookmarks like Pixiv and Mangadex.

I have a log but what is the email I send it to?

Interesting-- So you check for new chapters/images, add them to the queue, start the download, it finishes "successfully", but shows this error message?

Sorry about that; I should have specified: You can send the log file(s) to the email address on the "About" tab of the program (Image), or upload them to your favorite file host and send a link via the Contact form.

It's weird- I'm getting the same error, same circumstances, but with all my downloads.

So far I'm unable to reproduce the issue described. I have tried the following procedure:
  • Check for new chapters using the bookmarks manager
  • Add new chapters to the queue
  • Run the download
The download completes successfully without any errors, even with all conversion formats enabled.

It's possible that this issue is affecting users with a particular configuration. If someone could send me a log file and/or their configuration file, it would be most helpful. Like I said before, you can send the log file(s) to the email address on the "About" tab of the program (Image), or upload them to your favorite file host and send a link via the Contact form.
