Which VPN are you using? From Squidy's FAQ section,

It's most likely a bug. The modules accompanied by the paid version of the program haven't had that much support. I'm sure Squidy said he wanted to rewrite the code for these modules. Can you tell us a little bit about your setup? Where is the program created. What version are you using? Where is your download folder located? What manga/doujin are you trying to download?

Can you tell us a little more about where you placed the program? It is advised that you don't place the program in somewhere like C:Program Files because of administrative rights.
Is your license fully activated? Did you enable the checkbox in the module section?
