You need the "itextsharp.dll" file in the same directory as HDoujin Downloader. It's included with the .zip archive (from the download buttons on the homepage), but not if you downloaded the program as a standalone executable. Extract the .zip archive over your current HDoujin Downloader folder, and it should become available.
